Attach helium fill tube to helium valve.
Secure the balloon to a stationary object
BEFORE inflating.
Shake out the balloon's fabric
BEFORE inflating.
Insert helium fill tube into the valve.
CAUTION: Turn on the helium very SLOWLY to avoid tearing the fabric.
TURN THE HELIUM ON SLOWLY
and begin inflating.
Keep balloon away from sharp objects.
Shake out the balloon as it inflates.
As the balloon begins to float, support
the fabric with your arms.
Move the helium fill tube into the
center of the balloon.
You can gently increase the flow of
helium at this point.
The balloon will begin to fill out.
Fill the balloon until it is round and
the fabric firm. Under inflate in hot conditions.
Remove the helium fill tube and
close the valve.
This 7-foot balloon is now ready
to deploy.
Let the balloon slowly rise into the air.
